Saranne Segal
Saranne Segal specialises in high-stakes conflict in workplaces and in families.
With more than two decades of experience across law, mediation, and investigation, she has worked at the front line of adult conflict, from complex workplace breakdowns to deeply entrenched family disputes.
Across both domains, she has observed the same pattern. Unmanaged conflict escalates quickly and harms the most vulnerable people in the system.
As a former lawyer and accredited mediator, Saranne brings a practical, structured approach to de-escalation. Her work focuses on behaviour, power dynamics, and accountability, stabilising situations before they deteriorate.
In workplaces, she conducts independent investigations, mediates leadership and team conflict, and supports organisations navigating misconduct and cultural breakdown.
In family matters, she works with separating parents to interrupt destructive cycles before they cause long-term damage to children.
The context changes. The psychology does not.
Her approach is grounded, strategic, and outcomes-focused. The goal is always the same: stabilise the conflict and protect what matters most.
