Conflict Resolution Training Workshops

Conflict is part of every workplace, yet many teams aren’t equipped to manage difficult conversations, personality differences or situations that quietly escalate. When concerns aren’t addressed early, tension builds and people begin to feel unsure about how to move forward.

Our conflict resolution training provides practical tools to help leaders and employees communicate clearly, recognise what’s driving the tension and address issues before they develop into formal disputes. The aim is always to support a healthier, more respectful workplace.

Training is available in person across Sydney, as well as through interactive online sessions for organisations needing a flexible option.

Testimonials

As the Head of HR of Indorama Ventures, I recently organised a conflict resolution course facilitated by Saranne Segal, Director of Segal Conflict Solutions, for a group of approximately 20 participants. I’m delighted to share the positive experience of our participants. The course effectively addressed essential workplace issues such as dealing with difficult personalities, understanding bullying, and addressing sexual harassment. It offered practical insights and valuable solutions.

Saranne’s facilitation style created an open and safe learning environment. Her encouragement of active participation and meaningful discussions greatly benefited our group and fostered a positive team spirit.

The positive feedback from the participants highlights that they now have the tools and feel better equipped to address difficult workplace situations in a sensitive manner.

I highly recommend this conflict resolution course to line managers and anyone with people management responsibilities looking to enhance their conflict resolution skills. It’s a valuable investment in personal and professional development and organisational culture.

Thank you, Saranne, for delivering a course that has already made a positive impact on our team.
